TNA veröffentlichte das PPV Promo Poster zu No Surrender. Die Großveranstaltung wird am Sonntag, den 09. September 2012 in den Universal Studios (IMPACT Wrestling Zone) in Orlando, Florida ausgetragen.
Die Veranstaltung wird wie folgt umworben: „Today is the day everything changes, one way or another. Who will compete in the main event match at Bound For Glory and earn a shot at the TNA World Heavyweight Championship? One night, one opportunity, one career will change forever. It all comes down to this!“
